1. What XoloTrip does

XoloTrip, operated by Ichii GmbH, monitors flight fares for trips you describe (“watches”) and notifies you by email. XoloTrip is not a travel agency or airline and does not sell tickets. Any booking is a contract between you and the airline or booking site you choose.

2. No guarantee of price or availability

Fares shown or emailed by XoloTrip reflect what our data sources returned at the time stated. Airline pricing changes constantly; a fare may be unavailable or more expensive when you try to book. We check regularly but can't guarantee how often a specific date combination is checked, or that every airline is covered.

3. Your account

You need a valid email address. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. You may not use XoloTrip to overload our systems or data sources, or to collect fare data automatically.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 1 active watch. Pro costs €5.99 per month including VAT, billed monthly in advance via Stripe, and includes multiple active watches (currently up to 10). You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If Pro ends, watches beyond the Free limit are paused, not deleted.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for fare changes, missed fares or decisions you make based on alerts.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with reasonable notice by email. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
